TalentLift Canada is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

There are more than 35 million people living as refugees around the world who have fled conflict or persecution. Many of them have skills needed by companies and communities across Canada. Employers can now access this talent pool. We support employers to source talent from within refugee and displaced populations to fill skills shortages, enabling refugees along with their families to lift to their potential, secure their futures, and leave displacement behind. We envision a world where talented people living as refugees can compete for global jobs and skilled visas, and where access depends on potential rather than the privilege of living without fear.

Our approach centers on connecting employers with talent from refugee and displaced populations to address skills shortages. We support the sourcing of this talent and aim to enable refugees and their families to lift to their potential and secure their futures.

Our activities include immigration, relocation, equity, recruitment, settlement, and displaced talent mobility.

We operate in Canada and work with employers across the country.
