TalentManager (Inrecruiting) is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We were the first jobboard and the first ATS system to be developed in Italy. In more than 10 years of collaboration with our customers we have been developing solutions that address and answer real needs of recruiters, candidates, career services and marketing departments.

We deliver B2C services including job application / training course listing and application, matching between candidate skills and job requirements, video CV and online assessment. We also offer B2B services such as candidate search, TalentManager: Talent hub, FirstBird: Referral APP, Fast Recruiter: CV search, and Happy2Work: Smemoranda and the labour market. In marketing and advertising we provide more effective contacts through WhatsAPP: 5 million contacts, DEM and newsletters, web boost and social engagement, and ZELIG TV: video presentations. We also offer tools and applications including HRWEB: our ATS system, video interviews, assessment / pre-selection, and Parser: CV and posts.
