Tamakan is our organization in the educational sector of the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

We offer a hands-on training experience for young Kuwaiti graduates through a collaboration between the National Bank of Kuwait and Creative Confidence Consulting Company. The program's goal is to take recent graduates to the next level of self-development and growth before starting their careers. The program is a full-time 10-week commitment that revolves around working on a real business challenge and shaping business ideas. This immersive learning focuses on developing multiple skills with a focus on creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, entrepreneurship, communication, developing a flexible mindset, leadership, project management, risk management and more.

We deliver an immersive, hands-on training experience that centers on a real business challenge and the shaping of business ideas. The approach emphasizes a structured, full-time duration and practical, experiential learning to foster the development of the described skills.
