We are a North American consulting firm focused on providing Executive Search, Permanent Placement, and Contract Recruitment solutions to our clients. We work with organizations of all sizes across all aspects of the real estate and construction industries. Our executive search practice works on a retained basis with clients to identify and attract talent across all verticals ranging from Board Level, C Suite, Vice President, Director and Senior Managers. Our Contingency Recruitment/ Permanent Placement service is focused on hiring junior to mid-management levels. Like our retained model, we invest significant time in each search to proactively source the best candidates. We partner with Clients to ensure the highest level of service. Our Contract/Temp practice provides technical skill sets and trades people across construction, engineering and industrial sectors. Our Human Resource Management Service primarily focuses on clients who are without their own internal resource. We work in partnership with businesses to help identify risks and opportunities for developing HR process and practices. We then provide project based solutions to implement them. We also provide ongoing general support as questions arise. Common topics include health & safety, employee on-boarding, performance management, terminations and retention.
