TCM TSAKOS MARITIME PHILIPPINES, INC. is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Makati City, Philippines.

We were established in 2015 to attract, develop and sustain the best-qualified personnel available to manage and operate our clients’ fleets. We aim to become the home of highly skilled, competent and safety-conscious seafarers who will be timely available to man our clients’ ships and ensure the safe operations of the vessels and their crews. This is achieved by establishing and implementing operational processes which have emerged from the combination of sound managerial principles and long lasting experience in the shipping industry.

Our rigorous recruitment and hiring procedures ensure that crew available to our clients is of the highest quality and ability.
