We are an independent environment with a distinctive understanding of the communications industry. We started in 2001 under the name Mediabemanning, and we have nearly twenty years of experience recruiting leaders and skilled professionals. We are an informal group that works with the development and growth of people and companies. We believe that development happens in the wake of discovery, and it is when we recognise old patterns that we can place the pieces anew. We believe that thorough analyses enable agile pivots, and we see the value of doing things together.
