We are Territoires RH, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Arcachon, France.

We serve leaders and the public sector with recruitment, employment, HR consulting, organizational audit, and training for managers and elected officials in the public sector.

We deliver recruitment and HR advisory to private and public sectors, including executive recruitment, professional assessments, competency evaluations, our outplacement cell, and coaching for leaders. We design and facilitate operational training for managers and civil servants across local authorities, public establishments (EPIC, EPA), SEMs, consular organizations and associations, and we are authorized by the Ministry of the Interior for the training of elected officials. We undertake advisory and project management missions for public sector actors across all aspects of public management. We run our mobility cycles to facilitate the integration of private sector executives into the public sector, built around a five-step pathway: recruitment by a HR consultancy, 45 days of professional training, on-the-ground consulting assignment, university-type validation, and outplacement until integration.
