TH Consulting - Agencija za zapošljavanje. We are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Virovitica, Croatia.

Our business strategy is based on social responsibility and a personalized approach to every worker and every employer, taking into account the specifics of each job, work experience, and cultural context. In selecting candidates, we are guided by quality and by improving productivity and competitiveness in the labor market.

We deliver our services through employment mediation and temporary staffing for foreign workers, with a focus on agriculture in Croatia and related sectors such as construction, the wood industry, and tourism. We collaborate with partners from Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Egypt, and Kosovo. Our approach centers on quality, a tailored process for each placement, and consideration of the job requirements, work experience, and cultural specifics.

We provide staffing and recruitment services across a range of sectors, including agriculture—with roles in horticulture, fruit farming, livestock and poultry—alongside the food industry and trade. We are also active in construction, the wood industry, and tourism, supporting the placement of foreign workers through mediation and temporary staffing.

We operate primarily in Croatia and are based in Virovitica. We work with partners in Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Egypt, and Kosovo to source personnel.

In selecting candidates, we are guided by quality and by improving productivity and competitiveness in the labor market, and we have organized a free Croatian language school for foreign workers.
