We are The AT Group, a privately held recruitment and staffing company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Erbil, Iraq.

We are an Iraqi-owned organization with an Iraqi-American management framework. Our purpose is to support clients by vetting, recruiting and placing Iraqi and Kurdish nationals, and by recruiting Locals (Iraqi), OCN (Philippines, India, etc.) and Western Expats, including contracted staff. We provide full support for compliance with Iraqi regulations including income tax and Social Security, visa support, and payrolling services through Iraqi banks. We also assist in registration and licensing procedures for companies registering in Iraq and brief them on the intricacies of Iraqi Labour Laws to ensure full compliance for them and their workforce. Operating from our own local network of offices in Baghdad, Basra and Erbil, our local presence aims to answer the need for high quality and affordable staffing and management expertise to be readily available to companies operating in Iraq, supported by our network in the United Arab Emirates.
