We are The Mint Group, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Miami, United States.

We began as part of Mint Physician Staffing in 1998, and we have placed thousands of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the United States. We created a separate division focused on Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide job placement services to PA/NPs, using resources and a network established through Mint Physicians. Mint Physicians will continue its services for physician clients and providers.
