AWX is one of the largest recruitment and labour hire companies in Australia. Through this association, The Recruitment Company gained access to highly innovative and experienced payroll, finance, H&S and HR resources and a diverse base of clients affiliated with AWX in Australia. In 2019 TRC also partnered with complementary business PeopleIN – Australia’s largest ASX listed workforce management and staffing company with 27 offices across Australia & NZ and 450+ internal Staff in ANZ payrolling 7.7M hours+ per year. The Recruitment Company is focused on securing motivated candidates with the right attitude and skills to assist clients with their growth and total staff management.
