The Search Group

We are The Search Group, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are a startup focused on innovation and ethics, aiming to help Italy grow through a total renewal of its competencies. Our group is composed of several vertical brands that focus on data and AI, metaverse, madtech, Salesforce, and other areas of innovation. Each brand supports a community of talents to help them understand which skills and which companies to invest in to develop their professional and personal growth. At the same time, we help companies in our country interpret major trends in technological innovation and understand how and where to find the right skills to leverage them and grow in the market.

We have worked for years to support the meeting of talents and companies in Italy and abroad. The Search Group is our most significant project, through which we aim to transform the headhunting landscape and influence the industrial fabric of our country. Our project represents, for us, the moment when we create a perfect match by bringing together a talent with the company that can value and leverage their skills to grow.
