The Solutionz Group IT - TSG is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands.

We are IT recruiters who operate from the conviction and experience that it should be different for both employers and employees. We avoid wasting time and energy for both parties through the extensive preselection that we perform ourselves, with a fixed contact person so we can truly find a good match. From our own IT background, we understand what is needed for employer and employee, and we have a large network of available professionals. And last but not least: no cure, no pay. We keep it real.

Whether it concerns a permanent appointment, an interim assignment, or a temporary project, we gladly engage with your recruitment and selection process. We perform a thorough preselection ourselves, so you do not waste time on candidates who do not have the right skills or who do not fit your organization. Therefore we look beyond the job requirements; your company culture must also be a match with the candidate. We invoice only after the probation period, when the match has proven to be successful.
