Ti Life is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Koh Tao, Thailand.

We were established to act as an example of corporate accountability by monetizing social responsibility through talent life experience improvement. We combine data and behavioral sciences with traditional talent acquisition systems to attract international talent remotely onsite in Koh Tao. We provide talent experience management services that include concierge lifestyle management for our client community partners and their teams. Housing solutions are provided based on individual preferences, transportation is easy when walkable or via scooter, food options come from over 30 nationalities with affordable delivery, learning to dive and advanced communication training are available, health and wellness support includes daily massages and fitness, and there are daily beach activities and nightly shows. We also offer laundry and grocery delivery, and travel solutions for onsite client visits and visa runs are included in the monthly community plan; insurance is rarely needed on an island with a high concentration of certified emergency professionals.
