Tigura is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Zielona Góra, Poland.

We are a nimble, non-corporate recruitment company, and our mission is efficiency—rapid and flexible responses to the recruitment needs of companies in an increasingly challenging market. We are a team of experts from various business areas. We recruit specialists and managers from the engineering and IT sectors based on a few simple principles.

We operate quickly and flexibly. We begin active searches for you on the day we receive the assignment. We present 2-3 carefully selected candidates within the first two weeks. As a result, within a month you can onboard a new employee. We want to know your company and the profile of the specialist you are seeking. In return you will receive well-matched CVs of motivated candidates. We are a turquoise organization. We have created an internal system based on collaboration, not competition.
