We are Tmotiva, a public company operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We focus on supporting the new generations of collaborators in our country. We recognize that young workers entering the labor market face a series of challenges for which they are not prepared. Our 25 years of professional experience inform these reflections, which we want to share with each young person, especially those who have just turned 18 and lack professional guidance about the rules of the labor world. We offer the course 'How to be a good boss' and deliver it as part of our program to help young people prepare for the realities of the workplace, drawing on the reflections from our experience to support their development.

We focus on the following specialties: high-impact sales, emotional intelligence, personal branding, customer experience, effective communication, strategic motivation, time management, organizational behavior, and leadership and teamwork.
