Triat · Outplacement is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Bilbao, Spain.

We accompany individuals through professional transition processes for the active search of a new job or a professional project. We support steps toward a new employment objective with individualized outplacement services, accessible to all types of companies and professionals.

We advocate a responsible attitude: we help companies manage restructurings, and we support individuals who have been displaced to pursue their next career step with a positive attitude; we train individuals to compete in the job market under optimal conditions, and we turn the need for change into a project and a challenge. We operate in Spain, with offices in Barcelona, Bilbao and Zaragoza.
