Tsempataan töihin! -hanke is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Vantaa, Finland.

We develop new approaches to promote the employment of adults who have moved to Finland. Our aim is to facilitate encounters between employers and workers who speak languages other than Finnish. Through the project, we seek to create a model that lowers barriers to employment, making it easier for clients to gain work and for employers to reach suitable workers. We work with a multidisciplinary, multilingual team, and we combine the trust provided by organizations, the support of authorities, and the recruitment know-how and needs of companies. Our partners include the City of Vantaa, Uusimaa TE Office, Sodexo Oy, Hakunilan International Association, Vantaa Russian Club, Sahan Society, and the East Vantaa Somali Cultural Association.

For employers, we offer: we map your needs to suitable workers; we interview and train jobseekers before recommending them; we verify that the background factors related to the job are in order; we explore possibilities for various support forms (work trials, wage subsidies, the Vantaa allowance, if applicable); we engage with the workplace for onboarding when needed; and we support both jobseekers and employers after employment begins.

We deliver our services through a workflow that connects employer needs with candidates, while ensuring appropriate checks and onboarding support as required. We operate in Finland.
