We are Umano AG, a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

We carry out human resources work, and you bring perspectives. Our HR work adapts to societal changes and is continually aligned with the needs of the labor market and the people who move within it. From both sides, flexibility and willingness to learn are required to meet economic challenges. We support companies with solid HR know-how across HR disciplines, with the aim that firms and their employees are commercially successful. This view of HR aligns with our core approach of placing people at the center of our activities—because when placed in the right place, they are the pillars of a company. Our services include personnel recruitment and placement, HR-related consulting, payroll services, outplacement, and on-site management. In addition, our Professional Reintegration department works in mandate with insurance companies and other service providers to facilitate career reorientation.
