UpgradeIT agency is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.

We provide new-age recruitment solutions in line with the fast-changing job market. Our approach makes the process more efficient, cheaper, and more predictable. We target the niche markets of the DACH region and the CEE countries.

We rely on active sourcing techniques, including headhunting among others, as our primary method. We do not rely upon normal advertising. Our strategy is more active and organic to actually find the best possible fit from a talent and competency perspective and from the cultural side of things. Our work covers IT, telecommunication, Financial, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, and other industries. Although it is nice to have projects and make a profit, it is always our goal to make both client and the candidate happy.
