We are UpTalent, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Nantes, France.

Since 2019, our mission has been clear: to connect you with the talents who truly matter. We operate on both ad hoc recruitments and a sustainable recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) approach, always with the same standard: targeted, human, and rigorous sourcing. Our approach is selective, direct, and qualitative.

Each assignment is conducted as a strategic meeting, with particular attention to posture, listening, personality, and potential for growth. We carry out each mission independently from the others with commitment and transparency: to find the right person for you. Our on-the-ground realities keep us in constant contact with decision-makers as well as Human Resources, enabling us to move forward with responsiveness and accuracy.
