VerSTERKt is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Hasselt, Belgium.

We work with busy entrepreneurs who understand that employees are the strength of their organization, and who do not have the time or energy to manage HR tasks alone. We are your generalist HR sparring partner, guiding you through the initial steps, discussing a basic structure with you, and developing hands-on documents and a step-by-step plan according to your vision. When you are ready for the next step, we gladly refer you to colleagues within our broad network. In short, we help you move one step forward. That is HR with us. Your extra mile, for a few hours, weeks, or months.
