We are VIK-ZYSK, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria.

We were established as a result of long-term experience in various types of recruitment projects in Europe, Africa, the United States and the Middle East, and in cooperation with multinational companies. Recently we have expanded our recruitment and assessment services to cover the following industries: Production (automobile, electronics, FMCG) and Commodities (production and trade of energy, renewables, oil and gas, metals). We recruit for mid to senior management level and specialized roles.

We are individuals with a passion for talent hunting, a personalised approach towards our employers and professionals and with special regard to confidentiality. No quantity, but rather quality.
