We are Wehire Solutions, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tulsa, United States.

We provide IT staff augmentation and technology consulting. We work with enterprise clients via their MSP programs, with mid-sized companies and fast-growing startups to ramp up their hiring. We work nationwide on IT and non-IT positions across multiple verticals. We place qualified, experienced and vetted talent that is in high demand today.

To deliver our services, we source candidates per requisition requirements in ATS, job boards, and social media; we follow the full recruitment process for all candidates per requirement; we call every candidate prior to submission; we conduct video interviews when possible; we complete thorough interviews and technical screenings; we obtain the right to represent for each candidate per client requirement; we submit candidates into the ATS for vetting; we track resume submissions and statuses in the ATS; we build extensive pipelines and networks of candidates proactively; we build lasting relationships with candidates; we attend client calls regarding job requirements; we track email, call, submission, interview, and fill data in our systems; we mentor junior recruiters.

We operate in the United States and India. We are headquartered in Tulsa, United States and have a presence in Raipur, India.
