Whom Talent — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

Our objective is to locate the best talent for operational, administrative, managerial, or executive roles that align with our clients' goals, presenting shortlists of candidates with the highest quality that meet the required competencies for those key positions.

Our approach and way of working are grounded in delivering tailored solutions designed for any type of position across sectors. We provide staffing for operational and administrative roles, management roles, executive appointments, and high-demand recruitment projects through RPO arrangements. Our solutions include candidates at salary bands ranging from MXN 5,000 to MXN 25,000 for operational and administrative roles, MXN 25,001 to MXN 100,000 for managerial roles, and MXN 100,001 and above for executive roles.

Our specialties are recruitment, headhunting, psychometric assessments, and socioeconomic studies.
