We are Work & Dream Recruitment Company, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Yuzhne, Ukraine.

We work with a number of well-known companies in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait, and we help to find high qualified staff for any positions. We value good business relationships with our partners, and we take the recruiting process very seriously. We talk with each client to understand exactly what they are looking for, what work experience and qualifications they have, so we can select staff who fit their needs. We offer a large database of candidates for many different vacancies (administrative and working). Our candidates have a presentable appearance, good communication, and perfect English skills. Each of our candidates has successfully passed our interviews and has been checked by us.
