WorkPsychology is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Cesena, Italy.

We operate a site focused on disseminating concepts in work psychology. We address current topics that reflect the state of the art in our field and aim to bring this knowledge closer to a broader audience interested in the psychological aspects of work and organizations.

We speak in plain terms to communicate the contribution psychology can make to people in their relationship with work and with others. We address topics of interest for fellow students, professionals, and those curious to learn more. In addition to theoretical and scientific aspects, we offer proposals so that what we illustrate can have practical application and feedback.

Our specialties include work psychology and organizational and personnel psychology.
