We are Yellow Selectie, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Machelen, Belgium.

We are a recruitment agency (not a temporary staffing agency) specialized in permanent roles for technical and technical-commercial profiles in construction, metal, HVAC, and industry. By focusing on specific professions, we have built years of expertise in technical know-how. We interact daily with technically skilled people, and our project managers and recruiters are continually trained in hydraulics, mounting techniques, reading schematics, electricity, and related areas. This knowledge enables us to identify the right candidate for a job and the right job for the candidate through scientifically grounded testing and in-depth screening.
