We are Einat Tzelniker Organizational Development, a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Herut, Israel.

The techniques and approaches we work with include positive psychology, the Open Space methodology, deep listening and questioning, and self-reflection connected to leading theories from the organizational field. In terms of education, we hold a BA from Tel Aviv University in Education and Political Science, an MA from Bar-Ilan University in Organizational Consulting, and we completed the group facilitator training course at Tsipori.
