Zafran Group is a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1996 in Toronto by a group of consultants from the Canadian government department then known as Human Resources Development Canada. We specialize in recruitment, strategic HR consulting and training in Canada’s diverse and multicultural environment. The company opened a branch in Warsaw in 2000, and we are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We are focused on delivering recruitment, strategic HR consulting and training services, with roots in Canada’s diverse and multicultural environment, and we support the implementation of strategic recruitment and development projects in cooperation with local and international companies in the Polish market.

Our approach centers on delivering projects through the Warsaw office, which serves as the centre of implementation for numerous projects in the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
