株式会社ジェイック is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1991 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We believe that there are times when a single person can change a company. We can make changes. The potential of people and organizations is unlimited. We pursue that limitless potential together, bring about better change, illuminate the lives of as many people as possible, and energize as many companies as possible. That is why we exist.

We deliver our services through a range of programs and services, including 各種教育セミナー事業 (various education seminar programs), 原田メソッド®教育研修事業 (Harada Method® education and training), 7つの習慣®教育研修事業 (The 7 Habits® education and training), and 社員教育教材の開発・販売事業 (development and sale of employee training materials). We also provide employment and recruitment support services for young professionals, including 就職カレッジ® (Job College®), 女子カレッジ® (Women’s College®), 新卒カレッジ® (New Graduate College®), セカンドカレッジ® (Second College®), FutureFinder®, 地方のミカタ (Regional Ally), 秋冬採用ナビ (Autumn–Winter Recruitment Navigator), and a 1年間のリーダー育成プログラム リーダーカレッジ® (one-year Leader College), as well as 大学支援サービス (University Support Services).

We operate in Japan and China, with a presence across multiple cities in Japan—including Tokyo, Yokohama, Sendai, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, and Uki City in Kumamoto Prefecture—and in Shanghai, China.
