We recruit, document, process, and deploy Overseas Filipino Workers to local and international destinations. Our local network reaches the entire archipelago of the Philippines, and through our international networks in other countries, our clients need not approach any other recruitment for their staffing needs. Our staffing solution is not limited to Filipino workers; we also recruit professionals and skilled workers from other countries in collaboration with our international recruitment networks.

For every vacancy, we short-list a minimum of three pre-qualified candidates, and each of these is considered a close-fit candidate screened from a pool of candidates culled from various sources. Our screening goes beyond matching qualifications; we also ascertain cultural and industry fit. We treat each recruitment campaign in a distinct manner, taking into account that human resources are a complex and variable product.
