ZOLLA Coaching & Development is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Magdalena del Mar, Lima, Peru.

We develop skills and competencies from diversity, our experiences, and personal and organizational objectives, preparing people for work that is 100% collaborative. We drive transformation and change processes to develop people and transform them into true agents of change within organizational culture. Our focus is on forming leaders capable of achieving results through influence, communication, and strong relationship-building. We are convinced that better people, with better processes, consistently generate superior results, and therefore we drive with passion and method learning processes that change lives.

We deliver our services through a range of offerings that address cultural assessment, coaching and leadership, mentoring programs, processes of dialogue and multi-actor negotiation, organizational climate, internal communications, training in spokesperson skills, development communication, and strategic planning.
