Labor Exchange (RBT, LLC) — we are a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

We provide staffing for manufacturing and construction companies. We supply permanent workers and crews for construction and production.

We deliver our services through two main channels: providing a permanent workforce and crews for construction and manufacturing, and standard recruitment. In standard recruitment, we recruit workers and crews such as builders, finishers, assemblers, welders, electricians, turners, masons, monolithic concrete workers, milling machine operators, machine operators, and packers; we also recruit foremen, site supervisors, engineers, shop foremen, production supervisors, technical supervisors, estimators, directors of construction, directors of production, directors of development, commercial directors, and sales and client relations managers, as well as accounting and other office professionals.

We operate in Russia. We are based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
