We are Union Consulting Agency, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

Fifteen years ago, several employees of an international company decided to implement global methods for the Russian market and founded our agency. In 2018, these technologies were adapted to our website and became accessible to a wide circle of candidates at no cost. Since our founding, we have maintained a focus on quality and confidentiality; a standard for us is to obtain and verify references for candidates. We search for candidates wherever they are, and we are prepared to engage our partners in Europe, Latin America, and North America.
