The National First Company – Recruitment Sector is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our specialization is providing domestic labor for individuals, either through mediation or leasing. Our brokerage division handles and facilitates recruitment procedures for workers who have the appropriate visa for the occupation they wish to hire, for individuals or for companies, in the shortest possible time and with professional candidate selection. In our leasing division, we provide trained workers from expatriates whom we lease for six months, one year, or two years, according to the contract, with all recruitment-related costs and fees borne by us, and with us also covering the worker's salary and the fees for issuing and renewing the residence permit, work permit, medical examination, health insurance, insurance against occupational hazards, and travel tickets.

We deliver these services through two divisions and follow defined processes.
