ヒューマンリソシア株式会社, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1988 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We have pursued our mission to contribute to society through human resources services for more than 30 years. Recently, we began offering services to help address rapid changes in the world, including comprehensive RPA utilization and deployment support—from introduction to use of the WinActor® RPA solution—and implementation support for productivity improvement solutions. We also started providing Global IT Talent (GIT) services to recruit IT engineers from around the world who wish to work in Japan and place them with domestic companies.

We maintain a flexible approach and continually challenge ourselves to develop services that anticipate the needs of the times. We deliver staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing services to clients.

In addition to our core services, we provide RPA utilization and deployment support and GIT services. Our RPA offering covers the introduction and use of the WinActor® solution, while GIT connects IT engineers from around the world with domestic companies in Japan.

We operate across Japan, with 28 locations nationwide.
