Concord Executive Group | Career Design & Selection Strategies. We are a privately held staffing and recruitment organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We are a career design firm dedicated to supporting the careers of “future leaders” who will shape the future, contributing to a prosperous society. We provide support for career transitions for professionals from strategy consulting firms such as McKinsey and BCG, from investment banks and funds, from executives at foreign-affiliated and venture companies, and from entrepreneurs.

By consistently supporting clients from their own perspective, we have established a career platform trusted by executives and rising leaders.

Our three activities are Career Consulting, Career Design Education, and Social Startup Support. In Career Consulting, we offer career strategies based on clients’ dreams and aspirations, with a track record of helping people move into roles such as strategy consultants at McKinsey and BCG, positions in investment banks and funds, executives at foreign firms, and entrepreneurs. In Career Design Education, we deliver career design education through courses at the University of Tokyo and Hitotsubashi University, and through writings including “Future-Creating Career Education” published by Nikkei Publishing. In Social Startup Support, we support social entrepreneurs by leveraging our broad network of executives to invest through Concord Capital and to provide startup support.

We operate in Japan and are based in Tokyo, Japan. Our primary focus is in Japan, with activities centered in Tokyo.

We support students’ career design toward realizing a fulfilling life that contributes to society, as demonstrated by our university-based career education activities, including courses at the University of Tokyo and Hitotsubashi University that reach large audiences. We believe in increasing organizations led by such leaders and in enriching Japanese society.
