株式会社わらいば is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Nagoya, Japan.

We were started by current employees who launched our business as a side venture to help people gain confidence in their value and to approach each day with excitement by stepping outside the company they work for. We have seen many colleagues, seniors, and friends who feel unsettled about their work and wonder if this is what they want to do, and we support them through side ventures and pro bono initiatives.

Through a three-month accompaniment program, a dedicated career coach provides practical support by combining career formation theory with the coach's own experience of stepping outside large companies, helping individuals resolve their uncertainty and take a step toward their desired future. Our support includes one-on-one coaching and chat, coaching-method approaches to clarify direction, the setting of mid- and long-term goals and concrete action plans, introductions to front-runners who share real experiences, and invitations to our Warai-ba community.

Our services center on delivering structured career guidance and practical steps through the three-month program.
