Founded by members from the consulting industry, we support a broad range of professionals from early to mid-career who have consulting or systems integrator backgrounds. We help job seekers form a career strategy centered on what they want to become in the future, and we accompany them as career agents. We provide support including resume consultations before transitions, clarification of motivation, and preparation for Fermi and case problems, as well as post-offer consulting skills training and onboarding follow-up to help them thrive quickly in their new role.

Our approach is to view career changes as a continuum rather than a single event. We discuss future goals with individuals and explore options that move toward that vision. We engage closely with each person’s abilities and values to shape a path toward their desired future. When changing jobs is the right step, we provide not only resume and interview preparation but also post-offer training and onboarding follow-up to help them perform well from early on.
