We are 株式会社プレックス, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We exist to reduce information asymmetry and to increase the flow of information in essential industries such as logistics, energy, and construction in Japan. We recognize that the workforce shortage persists even now, and aging demographics are expected to worsen shortages in the future. The complexity arising from industry regulations, high specialization, and the prevalence of small and medium-sized enterprises can create information asymmetry. Therefore, we aim to eliminate information asymmetry and improve efficiency to enhance productivity across functions and operations, and to support the livelihoods of workers in these sectors.
