株式会社ジェイック is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1991 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We also provide employment and recruitment support services for young professionals, including 就職カレッジ® (Job College®), 女子カレッジ® (Women’s College®), 新卒カレッジ® (New Graduate College®), セカンドカレッジ® (Second College®), FutureFinder®, 地方のミカタ (Regional Ally), 秋冬採用ナビ (Autumn–Winter Recruitment Navigator), and a 1年間のリーダー育成プログラム リーダーカレッジ® (one-year Leader College), as well as 大学支援サービス (University Support Services).

We operate in Japan and China, with a presence across multiple cities in Japan—including Tokyo, Yokohama, Sendai, Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, and Uki City in Kumamoto Prefecture—and in Shanghai, China.
