We operate a service that connects businesses with skilled "professional talents" to address business challenges, in line with the concept "professional contracts for the business world." We enable contracting with professionals for flexible volumes and project-based work, starting with as little as one day per week for onboarding and recruitment tasks, providing flexibility not available through traditional employment. Our professionals also contribute to innovation, including supporting the launch of new businesses.

We deliver our services by matching professional talents with client needs under a contract-based model rather than employment. We support engagements with varying volumes and project-based work. Our professionals are primarily in their 30s to 40s and can handle both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Many registered professionals come from IT-related backgrounds.
