We are Kaien Co., Ltd., a privately held company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We support people with developmental disabilities, including ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and learning disabilities, to pursue work where they can leverage their strengths and characteristics. We provide disability welfare services such as employment transition support, employment retention support, independent training (life training), after-school day services, and consultation support. We also operate a job and career site called Minor League, support programs for university and college students called Gakupro, an online support platform called Mittell, and a children's independence and job-seeking circle called TEENS.
