We are LifeWorks, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We strive to be a partner that supports individuals working in companies toward career autonomy by addressing challenges. With the vision "Meaningful work for everyone," we contribute to realizing a society in which everyone can proactively design and pursue their careers.

We provide corporate career development support, including age-group and theme-specific career training, the development of career development systems, the creation of mechanisms to enable senior employees to thrive, and career autonomy surveys. We value the stance of facing each company's HR challenges and rely on the know-how and networks accumulated through more than twenty years of corporate support.

We provide information that supports career policy planning, including articles, downloadable materials, and seminar information. As of March 2021, the cumulative number of training participants was 140,185, and we work with about 200 client companies annually.
