We are Business Capability Development Co., Ltd., a privately held organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our purpose is to increase performance by developing people and expanding their capacities.

We deliver our approach through consulting services focused on improving sales capability, motivation, management, call center quality, performance, and corporate culture, including the provision of external information, advice, objective perspectives, and high-quality meeting facilitation for product development, process improvement, and new business creation (coaching facilitation). We also offer Enneagram coaching sessions for managers and executives.

On the education side, we hold seminars for business professionals to develop their careers and skills, run programs to train professional coaches and administer certification exams, host seminars to support job seekers, job changes, and entrepreneurship, and provide coaching sessions for all those involved. Our school features include identifying and sharing participants' challenges through seminars and sessions, supporting value-based self-realization and goal achievement, providing ongoing learning opportunities after seminars, and researching and validating techniques to raise human capacity, with a commitment to delivering up-to-date services.

We operate in Japan.

Additionally, we developed and published a nationwide text on coaching techniques with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's independent administrative institution for employment and capability development, and we have conducted coaching training as part of a Ministry of Justice reform project.
