Viewpoint Ware Corporation is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We provide recruitment support services to help organizations succeed in their talent acquisition activities. Our work includes recruitment strategy planning, planning and design of tools, development, sale, and operation of tools, and operational support for recruitment activities. We target all companies facing recruitment challenges with our services. We also develop, sell, and support the video communication system “PLAIN60seconds” and offer a facilitation-type program for new graduates called “Corporate Viewpoint.” We plan and produce the PLAIN60seconds LIVE seminar packs and on-demand packs. We plan, develop, and sell a “Responsive WEB System” and provide the video screening tool “PLAIN60seconds Movie Resume.” We also offer follow-up programs for new graduates and video messages for interns and their parents, along with training programs for recruitment staff and interviewers. Additionally, we provide recruitment consulting, social recruitment activities, outsourcing, and other recruitment-related consulting services, as well as the planning and production of tools and ancillary services related to recruitment.

We offer education and training for corporate clients, including participatory, tiered development programs “i-think Series” and corporate sales understanding programs “STAR Series,” with custom program design, development, and operation.

We provide a video-based internal knowledge system, “PLAIN60seconds Internal Knowledge System,” designed for companies with nationwide branch networks.

We operate in Japan and are headquartered in Tokyo.
