We are The Incubator for Hiring and Management, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Kfar Saba, Israel.

Our aim is to provide professional tools for career management in a changing job market, and to build the future female leadership for senior management roles in the economy. We focus on supporting women employed as staff, whether they are already in management positions or seeking advancement to management roles.

In addition, we create connections with potential employers within the geographic area where we operate to make job opportunities accessible to the women we serve.
