Since our founding, we have built a nationwide high-end talent headhunting network centered on Beijing and Shanghai. Over a decade of steady development, we focus on roles with annual salaries over one million yuan in well-known enterprises. We have received client awards such as “Gold Medal Headhunter” and have been designated as the publisher of the China Real Estate Fund Industry Salary Survey Report.

Our personnel have an average of more than five years of experience in talent search, with strong educational backgrounds both in China and abroad and extensive candidate search experience, ensuring we attract high-quality talent and select candidates who fit our clients' development needs. In talent acquisition, we are well‑known partners with respected business schools in the country and have established long-term career development collaborations with Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and CEIBS, maintaining a talent pool of more than 500,000.
