108jobs is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Vientiane Capital, Laos.

Our purpose is to improve employment communication in Laos and to assist human resource functions in recruitment and HR-related processes across corporate entities.

We deliver our services through a multi-channel recruitment approach. We introduced a multi-channel recruitment channel, including 108JOB Magazine, a radio job bulletin, and SMS job alerts within our first year of operation.

We focus on recruitment and HR-related processes within the human resources field, supporting employers in Laos.

Our operations are based in Laos, and our activities are centered on serving employers within Laos.

Today, we continue to grow and serve more than 1,000 employers, about 5,000 unique visitors per day, and more than 100,000 active Facebook fans.
